She came to And E to see me even though it was after the end of a long day in the ENT clinic She was instantly in control of the situation so I totally trusted her and the treatment she was about to administer. She explained things clearly, answered all questions and gave me confidence that she could sort out the problem I had. The treatment was quick and she made it painless. She was chatty and bright throughout. She followed up with lots of clear advice for after care, all of which made sense. I had been told I might be taken to Grimsby and admitted overnight. She made alternative arrangements which meant I could go home, at which I was extremely relieved. I feel very lucky to have been treated by dr Val and would like my message and grateful thanks to be passed on to her.

Wonderful Doctor and fantastic with young kids. My son had a polystyrene ball stuck firmly in his ear he was very scared. She was an amazing doctor who was very good with children, excellent at reassuring him and patient. The ball although very firmly stuck did come out and my son was very happy thank you so much x

I had already seen one specialist for my ear problems but felt I wasn’t helped at all. On my second visit I had this lovely lady, she told me exactly what was wrong gave me the right prescriptions I needed and within a week of being in a lot of pain and not being able to hear I was sorted, I couldn’t thank her enough for all her help......I always ask if I’m able to see this doctor now every time I go
